However, if you’re on a PC and want to tap into wireless MIDI via the WM-1, you’ll need the Roland WM-1D USB wireless dongle. It’s easy to use: Simply plug it into to your computer and connect to up to four total MIDI devices equipped with WM-1 interfaces. The WM-1D also allows both PC and Mac/iOS users to take advantage of fast mode, which takes the latency down to an imperceivable 3ms so you won’t experience any lag that could throw off a performance.
