SGR By Schecter series is a line of basic electric guitars equipped with affordable tonewoods and Schecter hardware and electronics. Models featured in the current lineup cost around $200. Solo-II SGR By Schecter is made for all the beginners who like the LP shape, but want a metal-oriented guitar. Solid and single-cut body made of basswood and C-shaped neck made of maple forma solid base for the new SGR Solo. On top of the maple neck, there is a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (Solo models almost never featured 24 frets). Pickups on this affordable Solo are Schecter`s Diamond Plus humbuckers. They come with only the basic controls – master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Two-piece bridge and Schecter tuners complete the specs list.
